Unconventional Cooking Method

Before we go into detail and explain why the induction top is the safest way to cook nowadays, let’s go through a little crash course on how it works. Unlike other cooktops that transfer heat directly to the cooking vessel through burner or open flame, induction tops conduct heat indirectly. When you look at the induction top, you don’t see much. It’s a flat panel made out of glass, with some elements inside. These elements that turn bright orange are copper coils, through which alternate current is being run. With other cooktop types, you can easily cause a fire if you leave empty cookware on it for too long. Well, thanks to modern technology, with induction tops, this isn’t even a possibility. The electromagnetic field won’t cause air pollution, cause a piece of furniture to catch fire, or anything similar. In other words, it’s perfectly safe and eco-friendly.

Oil Won’t Burn on Induction Top

Spilling food from a pan to a stove is one thing, but experimenting with different cooking techniques and allowing oil to spill on a hot burner in an entirely different thing.
